I just had a conversation with Dallas, the owner, and he’s honoring the backpack deal for my son. The Carhartt jacket I got fits like a glove. Just a heads up: I went to my tailor to get the right size so I wouldn’t mess that up. The jacket fits great, sure there’s a bit of weight from the armor, but it’s super comfy and keeps the weather out, even when I got caught in the rain last weekend. After talking with Dallas, I’m definitely gonna grab another one when they have the Carhartt with a hood. Seriously, everyone ought to have one; you never know what a day might throw at you these days. I feel protected wearing it, and I can shield anyone I’m looking out for. Awesome product, Dallas! Right from the moment I popped open the box, I was blown away. The quality of the zip-up hoodie and sports jacket exceeded what I thought it would be. I feel really secure about my buy. The folks at Bulletproof Everyone were fantastic to collaborate with, super quick replies, and top-notch customer service. I came across other online reviews where folks mentioned slow shipping and tough-to-reach support, but that’s just not the case. This company has it all—great products and support from start to finish.

I placed an order and reached out to them to ask about the lead times so I could have an idea of when to expect my shipment. Four days passed with no reply. I tried calling, but the message said there were no staff available and to send an email instead. I did that, but still no answer. I spent a couple hundred bucks on a product that I might not even get.

UPDATE:
After hearing back from the company, the item shipped the very next day. I got it today and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality. The polo shirt fits perfectly! The light armor feature blew me away; you can't even tell it has ballistic panels, and it looks just like a regular polo. You'd never guess what it really is.

Excellent support from the team. I placed an order for several items, but they turned out to be too heavy, so I wanted to swap them for a complete set of lighter ones. They were super quick to respond and really helpful; I had my new order of lighter panel armor delivered in just 48 hours. They always answer the phone when you ring and get back to emails within a day (most times, it's the same day).

I placed an order for a sweater on 1/1/22, and the tracking info indicated it would arrive by 1/13/22. When I checked on that date, it was pushed back to 1/14/22. Then, today, I saw it got delayed yet again, now set for Monday, 1/17/22. I reached out to customer service, and their reason? Weather issues. Seriously? My package is sitting in Sylmar, California, so I decided to cancel the order. Interestingly, I ordered a similar item from Alberta, Canada on the same day, and it showed up just four days later. I'm starting to feel like this is a scam because the rep I spoke with didn’t seem bothered at all when I canceled. She mentioned a refund would happen once they got the item back from UPS. Who knows, maybe the weather will hold up my refund for a couple of months, haha.

I got the hoodie jacket. This piece seems alright, but the fabric for the hood is just awful. I've had this jacket for under three months, and it's already falling apart inside the hood. I haven't even washed it, so that's not the issue.

Great deal. No problems at all. This was my initial time trying on protective gear. Not a law enforcement user. Prices are fair and the quality is solid. Definitely recommend it!

Outstanding business and support. I'm definitely looking to purchase additional items from this brand, not only due to the fact that it's a handy and growing market, but you can genuinely see they put in extra effort.

11/22/2021 (4:02PM CST) - It's been a full 8 days since I placed my order, and I haven't received any updates at all. I've reached out via phone (around 3 times), sent emails (about 2), and even filled out a form (once) without any luck, which is super frustrating since this is a gift for someone special to me, and I know he’d really appreciate it.

I’m really eager to get this product. I enjoy supporting American businesses, but the customer service here needs some serious improvement. Also, it would be great if you could update the estimated shipping times on the website because it’s pretty unclear. I spent a good chunk of change on this, and honestly, I just want to know what's going on with my order. Fingers crossed someone will reach out soon so I can change this review to something more positive.

Awesome item. It does exactly what it claims. Not sure if they'll ever come out with one that's really comfy to wear, though. I wish the additional t-shirt carriers weren't priced so high. Thanks, folks.
